YOUR TASKS

  • Establish and maintain major account relationships and generate new business
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with business requirements
  • Direct responsibility for all aspects of allocated prospects and customers
  • Establish contacts and meetings with new potential customers
  • Prepare all aspects of client meetings and presentations to senior procurement and sourcing teams
  • Effective communication with the Sales Director, HQ Germany, and support team and manufacturing plant in the US, Moorefield
  • Develop detailed product knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the US packaging market

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Minimum three years of B2B sales experience
  • Successful track record of growing territory and sales as well as of increasing and exceeding revenue targets
  • Passioned to sales with a strong focus on results
  • Comfortable presenting and negotiating at the senior level
  • Interest in the monitoring of order fulfillment and daily business
  • The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual; A self-starter with a can-do attitude who deeply understands prospecting and develops strong relationships with customers
