YOUR TASKS
- Establish and maintain major account relationships and generate new business
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with business requirements
- Direct responsibility for all aspects of allocated prospects and customers
- Establish contacts and meetings with new potential customers
- Prepare all aspects of client meetings and presentations to senior procurement and sourcing teams
- Effective communication with the Sales Director, HQ Germany, and support team and manufacturing plant in the US, Moorefield
- Develop detailed product knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the US packaging market
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Minimum three years of B2B sales experience
- Successful track record of growing territory and sales as well as of increasing and exceeding revenue targets
- Passioned to sales with a strong focus on results
- Comfortable presenting and negotiating at the senior level
- Interest in the monitoring of order fulfillment and daily business
- The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual; A self-starter with a can-do attitude who deeply understands prospecting and develops strong relationships with customers
